Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the scientific study of the principles of mechanics and anatomy in relation to human movement and function. They apply exercise and movement science in order to promote general health and well-being, prevent, manage and rehabilitate injuries, treat illness and chronic disease, restore function, and optimize human performance in clinical settings, the workplace, or for sport and fitness.
